Triton T80si

Had this shower for approx. 4 years. The electrics are fine (a friend who is a spark checked it).. The power is running to it but there is no water whatsoever. Looking at other posts it seems to suggest the Solenoid Valve could be the problem? When he spoke to a friend whose a plumber he said the pump was gone (that's without looking at it) I didn't know it had a pump? Anyway would appreciate some advice. Should I buy a new shower? Get a solenoid valve? as its going to cost me £50 for someone to walk over my doorstep.

This shower has two versions,

and

both have solenoids, so this should be checked first.

If the solenoid is ok in the pumped one then it maybe the motor.
