Triton T80si faulty solenoid

The water continues to flow when the shower is switched off. I have a resistance of 3.8 ohms at the solanoid so should be ok. What could be the problem?

The fault is with the actuator on which the solenoid is acting, this could be dirt etc.

Replacing the whole assembly should solve this.
