Solenoid

I hv checked the resistance of solenoid and it is about 25 ohms. What should the resistance be. I hv seen elsewhere that resistance should be about 3.75 ohms. If higher than this does it mean that solenoid is faulty?

Tks yr reply. I hv a Triton T300si remote pack. The symptoms of my fault is as soon as the shower is switched on, the red led's toggle and one stops at "cold" and another at "low water pressure" and no water flows through shower. The water pressure is OK to the shower. I hv checked that there is no obstructions in water tube
I apologise that I actually measured the resistance incorrectly. I hv now ensured that I measured it correctly and it is 3.5K ohms. So I can assume that this is correct. I then removed the solenoid valve assembly and by blowing through the inlet it does not allow any air through. By gently pushing down the solenoid rod from the top the air is able to pass through. This suggests that the the valve may be OK? Is there anything else I should check so I can order the correct part
Thank you
