Triton T300si Inlet filter

Shower has been cycling for a while and now almost permanently stuck on low pressure. Attempted to clean inlet filter but put hole in it with barely a touch. Is replacement of entire solenoid valve assembly needed, and is it likely to solve problem? Already checked house water pressure and cleaned shower head.

Changing the solenoid assembly will give you a new filter and may also solve the low pressure problem. But you will need to check the solenoid is faulty to be sure this is where the fault lies.
