Does the job reasonable price

The price and service from Shower Dr is great, but I can't help feeling there is a design fault with these handwashers. I have replaced all three of the spray heads in our Village Hall toilets and one of them twice in not a very long period of time. They crack and then spray water out at right angles, which seems odd when they aren't really touched by users, presumably it's the heat of the water that cracks them- so not designed to be fit for purpose- frustrating.
