shower dripping from hose outlet even with electric turned off any ideas is it the outlet solenoid

If you mean it is dripping at the shower head then it isalmost certainly a faulty solenoid valve.

 

If it is dripping out of the box where the shower outlet isthen you will have to switch the power off and have a look inside the unit totry to establish where the lea k is coming from
