This question is regarding Triton T100xr electric - Shower Spares

When I switch on the isolating power switch the shower starts operating straight away with cold water. When I get I get in the shower and switch on at the shower unit it all works ok. When finished and switch off on the shower unit cold water will flow until switched off on the isolating switch.

This is a PCB fault however Triton has advised us that it is now discontinued yet they are still selling the same model we have asked them for clarification but it will be next week before they get back to us due to the holidays.
