Triton T100xr - Tripping

I have a 3 month old shower. When it was first installed it worked great. Now it just keeps tripping the fuse whenever it is turned on.

I have a 45amp ceiling switch with power, connected into its own circuit in the fuse box.

There is power going to the shower OK, when everything is switched on the power light on the shower is lit as soon as I push the start button it trips the fuse.

The shower goes directly into a RCD in the fuse box at 80A 30mA

Any ideas would be great, is it a fault with the shower (should still be under warranty) or with my mains fuse?

Thanks
