Triton t100xr, water gushing out of the bottom of it

A while ago my shower had water gushing out of the bottom of it, we had it replaced with another one, a couple of years later, same thing again, my husband looked up the fault, it seemed it was in need of replacement of a tiny black ball somewhere inside it. Anyway, he changed it, and hey presto it worked. It has now happened again, my husband has since passed away, and I am wondering if this is a job I can do myself. I know we had a few of these little balls but I can't for the life of me find them... Does this make any sense to you and if so, do you have a part number or a video showing how it can be fixed??

I think the Pressure Relief Device (PRD) may have activated.

It’s a safety device on the bottom of the heating tank.

It is fairly easy to replace however there is usually something that causes it to activate, often a kink in the hose or the shower head is blocked, so check this before fitting the new PRD.
