Low pressure light on

I am unable to get hot water through the shower as the low pressure light is permanently on. What is the water pressure requirement for the shower? I have it seems there is plenty of pressure when in the cold setting and not so much in the hot setting.

The water pressure needs to be 1bar minimum.

However from your description of the fault it may be a faulty TCO see below.

I think you may have a faulty Thermal Cut Out

A faulty TCO will have no continuity across the two terminals (The black thing on top of the heating tank)

Therefore a good TCO will have power at both connections and a faulty TCO will have power at only one.

(The function of the TCO is, if the water over heats it cuts the power off to the elements)

See Video.

Thank you for your response. My water pressure is 10 ltr per minute. Is this enough. Also where can I find the TCO, is it by the shower head or by the pump etc under the floor? Is it easy to replace?

This one is discontinued so a new shower may be needed.

Thank you for your response to my problems regarding my shower. As you advise that there is no replacement available for the TCO, can you advise the best shower to replace the T200RE that will possibly give me more power output from the shower.
