FAulty TCO Follow Up Question

The shower did appear to continue to heat. Sounds like a faulty/sticky relay. If I do have a faulty relay how would I replace it as it is on the main PCB. If it is a simple job would you stock spares?

If we find a shower that has a faulty relay then we change the whole PCB.
We do not supply relays only and would not recommend just changing these.
