power shower

I have a triton T300si. Hot water is coming through but there is no power to the water. I have changed the stepper motor as advised but there is still no power in the water supply.

If you have full water flow and pressure available to the shower unit it may be that an element is not working or a PCB fault leading to only one element working - this in turn would mean that the user would need to set the temperature dial higher to achieve the same / comfortable showering temperature which will then result in the water flow being lower.

I would suggest the starting point here would be to undertake some electrical continuity checks of power to the elements and also a resistance check which will hopefully help ID the problem for you.

I hope that this information is of help.
