T300si slow hot water running on

My girlfriend was taking a shower this morning whilst I came home to find water coming out of the overflow, she said it had been running slowly and the water was really hot. When the off button is pressed the shower runs on like normal and then switches off, but then starts again and seems to empty the boiler. I also now remember it glugging out water during the night on occasion. As I rarely change the water temperature it hasn't been a problem for me, but for quite some time when you change the temperature setting it seems to have a mind of its own ranging from ok to cold. I am guessing I have several faults here...?

So you have water coming from the clear tube ? If this is the case then the PRD 83301330 in the bottom of the heating can has activated and will need replaced.

This could be down to an underlying issue which does sound like a a faulty switch / micro switch inside the shower.
