T300si (Wired) no lights on remote

My shower has decided to stop working, I'm after some advice. there are no lights on the remote when turning on from the isolator switch, nothing happens, I've removed the cover from the power box, and again when powered on from the Isolator there are no signs of life, nothing visually or any sounds, I suspect it may be the main PCB but wondering if there is anything else that could cause these symptoms before paying out £90, I have checked the input power and that is fine.

.The problem is there is no way of telling if this board is faulty.

A shower engineer will fault find by substitution so he will just pop another board in if it works then he has found the fault, if not then refit the original and replace the next board or part until he finds the fault.

This makes it slightly impractical as a DIY job due to cost (Unless you can see a fault on the board such as overheating) as we wont take back PCB's that have been installed.

Therefore the cheaper route may be to have a proper shower service engineer who has the parts or have the manufacturers engineer look at it.
