Water not getting hot

Hi I have just replaced the stabiliser valve as water was spraying out the top,but now the water is only staying luke warm regardless of the dial setting. With the spray hose open ended the water flow is good with no pressure drop when the temp. dial is set to max. Is this a faulty new valve or is there another fault...any help would be appreciated dont want waste money on unneccesary parts..cheers

Have checked both elements 11.8 ,have done a continuity check across tco terminals and that bells out,but water is still tepid,3.6 across solenoid terminals and can hear pump running, just need to know what the best cost effective route is ...cheers

In this case you may have a faulty PCB that is causing the problem.
