This question is regarding Triton T30i handwash - Spare Parts

No hot water

Hi We have no hot water coming from our Triton T30i hand wash, I have checked the micro switch which is working, I have checked continuity of the thermal cut out which is ok and I have also checked power is at the heating elements which it is. Does this mean its dead.

Assuming this is the 3kw version, if the TCO is OK and you have power at the elements then as the heating tank is discontinued then I am afraid it has expired!

The problem is they only make a 7kw version and that may mean your unit would need rewired.
