brushes for Triton T40i

The shower works for a few minutes only then just cold water. Is it likely to be brushes needed?

The T40i is just a pump and not a shower, so it shouldn't affect the temperature.

What is the pump connected to?

Can you send a few photos?

The inside of the pump is all black dust. The unit is pumping the hot and cold water through at first then makes a whirring noise and just cold water is pumped through.

The T40i is just a booster pump and is not the actual shower valve, the black stuff you see is just the carbon of the brushes. Can you send us a few photos not just the T40i so we can try to figure out what you have
