triton t40i Stopped

i have supply to the motor(240volts) and water though the system but the motor wont run it there a cutout or a reset thermo or pressure control anywhere anywhere please

 This is a fairlysimple pump so no cut outs or resets, the only think I can think of is a faultyon/off switch or perhaps new brushes for the motor and pump unit.
