This question is regarding Triton T50i/T60i/TX7000i 7kW Stabilising Valve Assembly - 82600720

operation of this valve

I fitted this part to repair a shower for a customer but it seems that the operation of the valve is now different from previously . I think their shower is an earlier version of the t50i where the hot/cold operated differently as you turned the knob. The temp change as you turn the dial doesn't match up with the display around the knob (its the opposite way round). Is there a different part number for the valve for this older shower?

All the models that this item fits in work the temperature the same way.

If you can send us a picture of the shower , we maybe able to source the correct part.
