no water passing solenoid valve

Hi, I have a Triton T70 GSI shower and the water has just stopped coming out, I have fit a new solenoid and still having the same problem. I have just wired these solenoids into the mains and they both work fine so isn't the solenoid. I have voltage going to the solenoid once the switch is turned on as it should an voltage coming away on the neutral. Are theyre any other explanations for this do you know. Thanks

You will need to check that you have 230-240v inside the shower.
