Pumped Shower ?

Not sure if I understand these,

Will they just attach to my existing pipework,or do I have to run new pipes and have a seperate tank and pump.

I have an old Dolphin 860 which parts are no longer available, and pressure is low and would like one of these

The Dolphin should have been connected to the water mains and if this is the case then an ordinary electric shower is fine, because you will have the mains pressure to the shower.

You only need a pumped electric shower when the shower is connected to the tank in the attic (Low Pressure)
