T80si pumped giving cold only and pump not working.

T80si pumped shower is giving out cold water only and pump isn't working. Have tested tco which is ok and have also tested heating elements which are all good. Is there something electrical common to both pump and element supply? Thank you.

You will have to test that you are getting 230-240v into the shower.

Apologies, should have said that when I go and switch the shower on, water starts to flow and the red led indicator comes on. Problem is that pump doesn't start up and water is cold. Many thanks.

Yes, 230v is getting to shower. Thank you.

In that case , it sounds like you have two problems. A faulty motor and the tco on the outlet may not be working.

Would you be able to help me identify where the tco at the outlet is? I've had a look at the bottom of the tank and there's just a white pipe connecting the bottom of the tank to the hose going to the shower head. Thanks.

Where the number 14 is on the diagram above is the tco

Please see attached photos. There doesn't seem to be a tco fitted to the outlet. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place.

Yes , yours is a later model, without the outlet tco. You may have a faulty switching selector or a faulty micro switch in the selector.

Many thanks for your help, I'm taking the plunge and buying a new Mira from you! Too many faults on our Tritan. Thank you once again for your expertise.
