Triton t80si shower head problem

Water does not reach the shower head, it flows from the shower head and hose joint. do i need a new washer ? or new hose ?

If so where can i get one from ?

Check to see if the shower head to hose area is damaged, then you can work out if you need a new head or hose washer etc.
