Check that the hose is not kinked or collapsed internally and the showerhead is clear.
Check that mains stopcock and any isolation valve in the supply to the shower are fully open and the gauze filter in the solenoid valve inlet is clear.
If all of these are ok then it is likely to be the stabiliser valve at fault, replacement can be ordered online by clicking on the link below.
