Shower not working

I have a Triton T80si shower that has no water coming out. When I pull the pull cord the red light comes on to say the pull cord is switched on but no light comes on on the shower. When I push the shower on no water comes out and the red light on the pull cord goes out. The shower was working perfectly fine before.

You need to check that you are getting 230-240v at the shower, if not you may have a faulty pull cord switch.
