How do I clean a t80si triton shower head, can't seem to take it apart.

I think you need this key http://www.showerdoc.com/shower-spares/triton/trito-83308620-triton-shower-head-key-5000-6000-series----83308620

However if it looks like this key won’t fit can you send us a photo of your shower head and we will find the key.
