This question is regarding Triton T80si - Shower Spares

Triton T80si leaking from head

When the shower is operating water is coming out from the connection between the head and the hose. I've unscrewed the head from the hose and the rubber washer looks fairly sound. Any ideas? Thanks.

Would say the washer has hardened , replacement can be ordered online by clicking on the link below.
