Triton T80Si solenoid valve

Hi,

I have a Triton T80Si which will not stop the water flow, even

after the unit is turned off and also power is cut to the unit.

I had to turn off the mains water to stop the flow.

I was tols that it could be the solenoid that is gone.

My question, is that, can I just change only the solenoid part

or will I need to change the whole assembly (solenoid assembly)

If so, do you supply just the Triton Solenoid?

Many Thanks

If when you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the shower keeps running then you have a faulty solenoid.

When you switch off the shower at the main isolator  and the water stops  running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is sticking on.

You could fit the above if you do not want to fit a whole assembly.

I have a triton T80si that is continually dripping. Am I correct in thinking that this a definitely a problem with the solenoid valve and if so,can I just replace the valve part or does the whole assembly need to be replaced
