Won't always start

I have a problem with our T80si pumped. Sometimes it will not switch on when the on-off button is pressed. If I leave the button in the on state and then cycle the ceiling switch the shower then starts. Can you advise what part(s) I might need? Also our other shower is very sensitive to water pressure (we have no hot nor cold tanks) Is it an easy job to replace it with a pumped unit?

You should first check that you are getting 230-240v at the shower at all times. The pull cord switch maybe the cause of the problem.
The T80si pumped should only be fed from a tank , so I do not understand your other question about the other shower.
