Fitting a PRD

How easy is it to fit a PRD to the above mentioned shower? I fitted a new shower head that was not a Triton.After a few days it started leaking badly from the PRD.

The shower is less than two years old and don't really want to replace it.

It is held in by 2 screws which are a bit fiddly to get at but is fairly easy, you dont need to turn water off only power.
