Leak on T80xr

I have a leak on my T80xr shower, it seems to be comming from the joint between the plastic bass and the solenoid. I presume I would need a new stabiliser valveand solenoid assemply. If i purchased one, ARE THEY DIFFICULT TO FIT. Have tried "You Tube" but cannot find instructions

Most likely coming from the stabiliser valve and leaking down the back on to the solenoid.

There is a video below with general info on replacing a part inside a shower.
