Can I replace a heater can with a bigger rated unit? I think I have a 8.5 Kw unit which has a faulty element and will put a bigger unit in if possible. Can you give me brief instructions on replacing a heater can please?

Before you do this you need to check that cable and fuse/circuit breaker are of a size that will service a 9.5kw
