I want to buy a new shower arm for Triton T80XR - availability?

Do you mean the shower head

Or the bracket

If it is the bracket you will have to measure the diameter

Measuring through the centre of your shower rail outside edge to outside edge, will give its diameter and you can use this to find the correct size when choosing a slider bracket which will fit.
