PRD blowing on new shower

I have a T80z shower 3 weeks old and the PRD has blown is it because I use a shower head with a push stop button on the head would it cause a build up of pressure in the shower to blow the PRD

I would think that you are correct.

Only the supplied head and hose should be used , as not doing so will invalidate the warranty.
