This question is regarding Triton T80XR - Shower Spares

T80XR Heater Can Assembly replacement

I have confirmed that one of the elements is open circuit. Are there any special considerations when replacing the Heater Can Assembly I ask this because there is a sticker on the original Heater Can Assembly saying you must contact Triton before proceeding.
