I have Mira Sport 1996-1998 the water inlet connection is top left of the shower and the pipe comes straight from the wall into that inlet. Would I be able to use this to replace and extend the water pipe to the bottom left or will the shower have to be fitted higher up to accommodate?

Yes you can extend the pipe and it shouldn't be to much of a problem.

However it may be worth looking at the New Sport on the right hand side of the page below this should also be an easy fit.
