I HAVE ONLY HAD THE SHOWER SINCE JUNE , I SWITCHED IT ON TONIGHT AND AND THERE WAS A BANG INSIDE THE SHOWER BOX , IT DIDNT COME ON ! THE POWER WAS STILL ON BUT NOTHING HAPPENED , THE FILTER IS CLEAR SO ITS STILL GETTING A WATER SURPLY , CAN YOU HELP ,

 It sounds to me like faulty wiring or a faulty element.

 

In the first instance I would have the installer back to check and if everything is OK then phone Triton and they will send out an engineer who will replace or repair the unit.
