Bubbling nois and steam when switching off

Hi, recently replaced the TCO on my shower which has got it working again. It now heats the water but makes a bubbling noise and hisses out steam when i switch it off. If i run the shower on cold before switching off it doesn't put out steam or hiss. I've been told this might be a sticking relay - what part is this?

Thre are no relays on this shower but there are micro switches on the Switch carriage & low pressure switch - S27511002 and one of these maybe stuck on. Or you may have a faulty on/off switch.
