Water temp problem

The unit now needs to be set at the highest temp to get a just warm output. Looking inside the unit, there is a small, black, circular component to the left of Number 1 on the diagram (a thermal cut out?). The connector to one of the blue (neutral?) electrical connections is burnt black. Is this the cause of the cool running problem? Testing across the unit with power off, there is no continuity. Thank you, Brian

Yes , this is the likely reason for the fault.

Thank you. Could Shower Doctor advise the catalogue number of the part required inc P&P?

Part 6 on the above.

P&P will depend on the options chosen.

Thanks Barrie and just to confirm that I need the complete pipe ... not just the failed component? Just that, in the past and in similar circumstances, I've changed out a failed sensor by fitting just the component - on another shower model of course.

The small tco on this shower , does not come as a separate item, as it used to in other models.
