This question is regarding Triton T90XR 9.5kW Pumped Electric Shower (White/Chrome)

Triton T90xr No water flowing

Hello, this shower was running at the same time as another shower in the house. It sounds as if the pump is working but now there is no water flow. We have a water softener system and water comes via mains to a large cylinder in hot press, single storey house. Could it be an air lock? If so, how might I fix please? Thank you.

It may be your solenoid valve, you can check it if you have a multi meter, you should have a reading of at least k3.5 ohms, across the two terminals any less and you need a new valve. (Check the valve in the failed state.) (When it has stopped working!)

If there is power getting to the solenoid and it is not operating then there is a good chance that you have a faulty solenoid.
