Triton Aspirante Remote

There was a poor flow and very little temp control so I replace the faulty solenoid and that improved it somewhat however there was very little temp control. The TCO and water pressure are ok so I replaced the stabiliser valve and now it seems to have good flow but cycles between hot/cold - what now as the TCO is good? It also sparks on the PCB when making/breaking through the hot/cold cycle

Sparking on the PCB happens but does not affedct the shower.

Also as it is a Triton have a look at the outlet TCO

The outlet Thermal Cut Outthis is a black disk with two wires going to it and it is mounted on the out letpipe (The bit between the heating tank and thehose)

Examine theconnections closely if you see any discoloration / signs of overheating then theTCO needs replaced.

If this is ok then you may have a faulty PCB.
