This question is regarding Triton Temperature Cart Saro/Eden Eco - 83315660

Only hot water comes through shower head

Whatever the setting I make of the two levers, only hot water - up to scalding hot water, comes through. There is no cold water (the adjacent basin has cold water as well as hot water). Do I need the Triton Temperate Cart 83315660 or the Triton Flow Cart 83315670 to be replaced - or both?

It may be a faulty thermostatic cartridge that you need , but check that there is cold water getting to the shower first as there are non return valves in the elbows that can get stuck.
