replacement for the triton vertical shower mixer

a customer of ours has a triton vertical shower mixer with fixed head. The parts are on available and shower is the shower itself. Do you know of a direct replacement without having to remove the tiles and start it all again.

I have just checked 8 vertical Mixers and none have inlet centres even close to the Triton's (60mm) So I am afraid you are going to have to go into the wall, My advice would be to avoid any vertical mixers as they are becoming obsolete they were fashionable but things have moved on.
