This question is regarding Triton Thermal Cut-out - 22009870

Triton t80i tco

Hi, We have an old triton t80i and there is no hot water only cold water at high pressure, I believe we need to replace the faulty tco, I checked your website and found out this is discontinued. Can we get another one from a different model or does it need to be this one? Will we need to replace the shower?

The TCO's are matched very carefully to each unit so it is not possible to fit a substitute
