Replaced the above part

Good day I bought from you and replaced the above when my shower less than 2 years old ran cold. I have good flow all the control panel lights work on replacement the water ran tepid then went cold, the flow rises and falls as you increase/decrease temperature. Do you think the element is u/s and I need to replace the shower? Any guidance gratefully received cheers

Sorry I should have told you the shower is a Triton opal 3 and I have replaced the thermal cut out part number 22011180 which became 83317280, there are no electrical faults of which I'm aware the mcb has not tripped at any time which I would have thought would happen if the element had gone. Regards

From your description it certainly sounds like an element fault.
