umbra thermo cartridge- very hot water providing only

Hi there, the issue is once I rotate on the flow control there is hot water only despite of rotating clockwise and anticlockwise the temperature control as temperature spindle knob. Then I took off the knob hoping that I could adjust the temperature but nothing happened when I was trying to rotate the temperature spindle. Therefore shall I replace the whole thermo cartridge? Im looking forward for your advice, Valy

I think it does need the cartridge replaced however I would strip out your existing cartridge and check that the filters ate clean and clear before ordering a new cartridge.
