This question is regarding Triton thermostatic cartridge (Adrina, Alterna, Cassini, Dart II, Norina) 83310120

Triton Dart 2 shower

I bought the new valve ,(83310120) & fitted it but the shower is very very stiff to turn on, plus the temperature control is in a different position to what it was originally. What have I done wrong.?

The handles could be in the wrong position and you may have mislaid a washer.

Try re fitting the handles.See the diagram below for help, as this also shows the washer,
