triton thames concentric concealed mixer shower

my shower doesn't turn off completely when flow valve is in off position,i can still hear water running up to the unit,hence,it also drips as a consequence.Is a new valve required or any other ideas,thankyou

If your shower does not turn off completely then it maybe the ,

that is faulty. It is unlikely to be the cartridge.
