Triton Topaz T100i

The water is coming out the shower unit and not the external hose or showerhead. What is causing this and how do i fix it.

The pressure relief device has activated and needs to be replaced, it can be ordered online by clicking on the link below.
Check the shower hose is not kinked or collapsed internally and the shower head is clear as these could be the cause.
