Low Pressure Flashing Red

Hi, I have a Topaz shower with a flashing LP. The shower is virtually brand new but about three years old. (never used it). I have read and watched all your posts and videos. Tried and tested all your suggestions. • Water pressure is 2.5bar • Coil measures 3.6 • Heating tank elements read 12.5 and 12.2 • Pressure relief valve ball intact • Cleaned everything No lime scale at all. • If I turn down the water pressure it will work on eco mode. • Tested the micro switch • Tested the TCO I am loathed to throw it away as I only used it 10-15 times. I am also loathed to spend any money on it either. Could it be the solenoid valve even though the coil measures 3.6? Thanks in advance Kind Regards Darren

The things to check first are:

1 That the main valve coming into your house is fully open.

2 Then check that the valve on the line to the shower is fully open.

If these valves are not fully open then there may not be enough water getting to your shower and it thinks you have low pressure when in fact you have low flow .

The other thing that may be causing the problem is a fault with the flow valve they need to be used or they can become sticky, you could try with the power settings at cold winding the flow valve from fully hot to fully cold 20 or 30 times to see if it will free it off.
